The market trend is especially helpful for people who have not been in the wholesaling business for a long time. Pricing needs experience, and in the absence of experience, what is being done by many would mostly be your best chance of hitting the right house prices.

There are of course other more complicated technique and strategies in wholesaling houses that veterans of the trade have been using, but for beginners who have no experience at all in buying houses for profit, this is definitely a good start.
