Hardest Thing To Get When I Started Investing
Back when I started investing - yeah it has been over 9 YEARS ago - I remember one of the toughest things I dealt with was when a house was listed. Why? Because the agent that listed the property ALWAYS wanted a "Proof of Funds" Letter.
