Hardest Thing To Get When I Started Investing
Back when I started investing - yeah it has been over 9 YEARS ago - I remember one of the toughest things I dealt with was when a house was listed. Why? Because the agent that listed the property ALWAYS wanted a "Proof of Funds" Letter. Now - to be fair it is because they had to protect the best interests of their seller - I get that now but I sure hated it back then.
