Wholesaling and Flipping Houses is Changing

Today I woke up and realized it was my 46th Birthday.

Of course I was reminded about that all last night by
my close friends and family – but it did hit me
this morning for sure.

It caused me to pause and reflect on all the massive changes
that have taken place in my life over the last Decade that
I have been a real estate investor.

We have all been hit with Massive Changes in how we do our Business
and one of the very best that I know in handeling these changes
has been a guy named Eddie Gant.

Now, Eddie runs one of the most successful Homevestors Franchise in
Houston. Oh – and is an Owner in Jet Investor Lending, has a
Brokers Office and….

He still picks up and fixes or flips up to 12 houses – A Month!

I have been able to sit with him on a tailgate of a few Houston
Texans games and pick his brain. And on more than a few occasions
we have done lunch together.

You know those rare moments when it is just a couple of good friends
being completely honest and open – not guarded? Just sharing ideas?

When it seems that if you had recorded the conversation, so you could remember
what you actually spoke about, you might have actually solved ALL the worlds
problems?

Those are the types of conversations we have.
