These houses are in several different states such as AL, TN, KY, GA, FL, IN, etc.. Most recently we sold a portfolio of houses in the Indianapolis area for $3500 each...they sold very quickly, needless to say. These had a fix-up cost of about $10k or less, if you did some of the work yourself, and an ARV of $35-45k. I am in search of cash partners. There is no order too big or small. You can start with just buying 1 or 2 until your comfortable with a larger purchase and/or have your buyers list updated.
