Here is the 3rd Critical mistake I made when I started
to wholesale houses. As I look back it actually
makes me laugh a little… a tiny little.

Let’s set the stage – you walk into a real estate
Investing meeting and at first you really don’t know
anyone – you might even be a little shy or just
not a social butterfly.

I know my wife can walk into a room and know everyone
in 15 minutes – me – not so much.

Anyway – as you look around you find someone who is
surrounded by 4 or 5 people and pretty soon
you drift over to “listen in” to the conversation
because they appear to be holding court as it were.

As you listen in you come to the realization they
are sharing some “golden” information – about
what YOU want to know about!

Now, sure they shoot bullets at some of the “experts”
and say they don’t know about the real world.

Then you realize that they ALL always talk about is what
“Doesn’t” work – but you never hear what DOES work and
how you can actually make some money.

By the time it dawns on you that these “Investors”
have never done a deal – you break away and
think of all the wasted time you spent.

If you are lucky!

You see these emotional Vampires suck out all of
your drive and determination and wrap you in a
cocoon of entitlement.

And if you don’t drive a stake through their heart
you fill find yourself 2 years down the road
having never turned a deal, much less a profit.

I failed at real estate investing – until I did this

For 2 years I sat on the sidelines, waiting, hoping
